They take the time to explain to us "newbies" on procedures to be followed on various tasks. Also the fact that everyone is so friendly, warm and ready to encourage a co-teacher.  When I registered I was a bit shy and knew that I had no experience at all regarding online teaching, but the class lessons has brought out my adventurous spirit, where I want to learn more and more.
